    charming decor
    warm lobby
    accessible areas
    upgraded elevator
    improved amenities

I loved the charming retro decor in the common areas, which felt like stepping into a beautiful time capsule. The warmth of the lobby made me feel right at home. Accessibility was great for seniors too!

An upgraded elevator would be helpful.

central location, room safe, walking tours

Hot water issues throughout the stay!!! Maintenance is desperately needed, with dirty curtains, peeling walls, and broken safes ruining the experience. A hairdryer that takes ages to work just adds to the frustration!!!

    spacious rooms
    central location
    exploration ease
    outdated elevator

Spacious two connecting rooms offered plenty of room for my group, giving a sense of comfort during our stay. The location proves handy, as it’s steps away from major attractions, a treat for anyone looking to explore.

The elevator feels outdated and cramped. not ideal for someone carrying heavy bags. Upfront payment was required before arrival, which was unexpected and a tad inconvenient. No option for cash payment in local currency was a letdown, resulting in an expensive charge in dollars. Additionally, the noise from the nearby bar playing tango music and street activity can disrupt rest. effectively waking you up if you're sensitive to sound.

    great location
    comfortable stay
    helpful staff
    outdated elevator
    minor maintenance

I loved the location, right next to the Obelisk, making it super easy to explore the city. The hotel has a charming retro decor that made the lobby and common areas feel warm and inviting. Room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made settling in smoother. Breakfast had a decent selection but still basic. I wasn't impressed with the outdated elevator. it felt cramped and not very welcoming. No functional mini-fridge either, which was a bummer. In-house maintenance took a bit too long for minor issues, like the hot water. Despite that, I felt safe walking around the area at night and would consider returning for the location alone.

    price-quality ratio
    small elevator

This hotel was just a good match for our short stay in Buenos Aires with a decent price-quality ratio. The elevator was a bit small but it worked well enough for us. Make sure to double-check your reservation just in case to avoid any hassle.

    great location
    family-friendly access
    lack of kid amenities

We had an amazing time exploring nearby pedestrian streets filled with shops and restaurants. The kids loved the easy access to attractions like El Obelisco, which we could quickly walk to from the hotel. The location is just fantastic!

My kids wished the hotel had more amenities for them.

    uncomfortable bed

The room was basic but clean, and I managed an early check-in. Plus, there are charming cafes nearby for breakfast—thank goodness because the hotel’s brekkie was a no-go!

The bed? A real back twister. I’ve had more comfort on a park bench, darling.

    good location

    Solo traveler seeking decent stay

Location was great, right in front of that big monument, you know? Plus, the staff were kind. They greeted me with a solid vanilla scent all around when I got there, a nice little touch for my solo trip.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

    Great location and helpful staff

I stayed for 5 nights in a Standard Double Room and loved the central location, which made exploring the city a breeze. The staff was really helpful with local recommendations and even provided extra towels when needed. However, the room could definitely use some maintenance as it felt a bit dated and could benefit from a good cleaning.

    spacious room
    big comfy bed
    clean space
    hot water issues
    old decor

The room was spacious, which felt nice. The bed was big and pretty comfy. However, the bathroom was just okay. We had to call maintenance multiple times for hot water issues, which was annoying. The decor felt a bit old, but it had a classic vibe. Overall, it was clean and decent enough for a short stay.

    friendly staff
    outdated elevator

We loved exploring El Obelisco and the stunning Teatro Colón nearby. The location was perfect, super central and easy to navigate. It was great to have a spacious room and a friendly staff. Just a heads up, some of the amenities like the mini-fridge could use some attention.

The elevator could be a bit unnerving. it seemed outdated and not too spacious, which was a little uncomfortable at times.
